1. General Conditions

Photos or videos of the product are mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Refunds are processed after deducting the shipping cost.

All requests are subject to verification by the Homify team before approval.
2. Refusing Delivery
You may refuse to accept the product at delivery in the following cases:

Wrong color.

Wrong size.
-
Wrong material.
-
Wrong dimensions.
-
Visible defect or damage.

Any clear issue with the product.
3. Returning a Product After Delivery
a. Damage during shipping

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

At least 3 clear photos or a video showing the damage are required.
b. Missing parts or visible defect

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos or video clearly showing the issue are required.
c. Manufacturing defect

Eligible for return within 30 days from delivery date.

Photos or video showing the defect are required.
Note: Requests without photos or videos will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Products

Custom-made products (if you change your mind).

Ready-made products without original packaging or not in original condition.

Products returned after 30 days from delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse.

Products not assembled by Homify’s team.
5. Assembly Service
We provide assembly service for all products except self-installation items such as:

TV wall shelves.
-
Bathroom storage units.
-
Wall art/frames.
-
Wall clocks.
-
Regular shelves.
6. Refund Process

Refund starts only after the product is returned and inspected.

Refund amount will be issued after deducting the shipping fee.

Cash refunds are not available.
